1. Delphine- I have a fanfic character named Delphinium, as in the flower, so I can see it.
2. Etta- It would fit with Ella, Emma, Emily, etc
3. Edwina- doubt it
4. Flossie- doubt it
5. Georgiana- it fits with the other frilly names- Isabella, Sophia, Charlotte, Amelia
6. Ione-I can see it as an honoring name where I am
7. Lelia- fits with Lucy, Lily, Ella
8. Lucinda- if a parent wants a full name for Lucy, why not
9. Mamie- no. No offense to Eisenhower or Meryl Streep's daughter, but it reminds me of Mammy, the black stereotype. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mammy_archetype
10. Odessa- I'd use it. I even had a character with the name. But the story stalled.
11. Opal- nms, but I suppose so. Ruby is rising.

13. Polly- too associated with pet parrots now.
