I can see these getting popular:
Delphine - despite Delphine on AHS: Coven being evil, I can still see it rising. Peyton first got popular for girls because of the evil nanny from The Hand that Rocks the Cradle.
Etta - fits well with Ella and Emma
Lelia - Layla/Leila are popular, so why not?
Lucinda - Lucy, Lucia, and Luciana are getting popular
Polly - I can see this rising
I think the others look kind of stuffy and dowdy (except for Petra, which I like). I don't like Odessa because it's a city in Ukraine - part of my Ukrainian family was from there. Though I know it can be used (Muhammad Ali's mom was named Odessa).
