I like Violet Anneliese too, as you're right about Valentina being hard to find a good middle name for. I'd try a shorter name that doesn't end in an a (too repetitive most of the time, and I can't see any -a ending names working wh Valentina as a mn)

In all honesty the only ones I like are Valentina Clare and Valentina Marie. The rest are nms but I don't what you like so they could work if you like them.
