Waldo - Where's Waldo. Or Uncle Waldo, the drunk duck from "Aristocats".
Willem - it's OK, but I prefer Vilhelm.
Becca (and/or Rebecca, but specifically Becca as a NN) - Rebecca is OK, Becca is an OK nn.
Ramira - nms, I think it sounds like a disease.
Glorielle - too frilly.
Mary-Dot - silly.
Oakes - should stay a surname.

Waldo: Where's Waldo?
Willem: like it a lot. I speak dutch, so it's very familiar to me. I like it better than William.
Becca (and/or Rebecca, but specifically Becca as a NN): I like Rebecca, but not Becca. As NN I'd prefer Becky, though no NN is even better.
Ramira: I don't like it. It reminds of Ramona, a name that I hate with a passion.
Glorielle: I'm not sure... I don't think I like it. I don't like most -elle names.
Mary-Dot: hmmm... No. Dotty as a NN, I can live with that. But Dot is just awful. And Mary is boring, I prefer Maria.
Oakes: really? What's wrong with Oakley?

Waldo: Where's Waldo? This is all anybody is likely to think about Waldo.
Willem: I know it's a real name, but it really looks and sounds like a typo-slur of William.
Becca (and/or Rebecca, but specifically Becca as a NN) Rebecca is beautiful. Becca is cutesy but okay for a girl under twelve, then I think she ought to start going by Rebecca, or even Becky.
Ramira: Don't like.
Glorielle: Gloria is so much nicer. Glorielle is overblown.
Mary-Dot: Sickly-sweet like an old lady in bright pink sneakers who has cat figurines all over her house.
Oakes: Posh.

Waldo too much association with "Where's Waldo?"
Willem I like this name. It's like William, but shorter and Dutch-sounding.
Becca it's a nice enough nickname for Rebecca. Reba is gross and Becky is a bit old sounding. Becca's a good nn option.
Ramira hmmmm. I don't know. It's okay? It's not bad, but I don't love it either.
Glorielle no. It sounds too much like a nineteenth century French prostitute imo.
Mary-Dot I don't really like the hyphenated names thing. It's cumbersome for the kid. If Dot is short for Dorothy then it's kind of cute for a little girl, but if it's not it's just kind of odd.
Oakes this is a surname, not a first name imo.

Waldo: one of those vintage type of names that just isn't timeless or ageless. I can't help to picture it on an older male/ grandfather fiqure or at least a male from decades & decades ago. Also "wheres waldo" is TOO much of a strong association. Waldo may have been perfectly fine in its day but now its just too much of a teasing potential
The saying of "where's waldo" would presumably get tiresome & irritatingWillem: sort of like. I think it may grow more on me (:Becca: don't hate but don't hate. Its very tolerable even on its ownRamira: very exotic & beautiful.Glorielle: a bit ugly sorry though not as much as Gloria. Its just...I guess one of those types of ugly but pretty names if that makes sense. Kind of like "pugs" they're so ugly they're cuteMary-Dot: I only like MaryOakes: dislike and way too much of a surname. Oakes as a first or middle sounds very awkward with virtually any name

Waldo- Where's Waldo? Goofy, can't take it seriously.
Willem- It reminds me of Willem Dafoe. Or Willem off of RuPauls Drag Race, he has hilarious youtube videos. Not bad.
Ramira- Like this, in a guilty pleasure sort of way. I really like Mira ending names.
Becca- Snooze. Rebecca and Becca are so 80s and boring.
Glorielle- Trying too hard. Is it like Gloria and Danielle combined? Pick one, not both.
Mary-Dot- No thank you. Mary is dated but adding Dot seems silly and unnessecary. It just brings Mary down even more.
Oakes- Sounds like something you'd name a dog.
*edited cause I forgot Becca.
