I think Millie is too insubstantial as a fn. There are so many other options that are more substantial - even Milla nn Millie would be better, imo.
As for the mns, I don't really understand the hyphenate. Why not just Millie Anna Rose and Thomas John David?

Milla looks weird makes me think Mills has been miss-spelled.
The hyphen is there because my boyfriend wants another hyphened fn like me and our dd. So the hyphened middle was a compromise.
