New cousin
My cousin just had a baby girl and named her Lilianna Elizabeth. Personally I think it's a mouthful, especially when said with the last name, which is three syllables. WDYT?Jenn

If it is being pronounced Lily-Anna, I find it a bit difficult to say, but Lily-Ana Elizabeth sounds sounds very pretty, despite being a bit of a mouthful. It's got a nice flow to it. My main issue is Liliana is a diminutive of Elizabeth.

It is rather long and involved, but very pretty too.

It may be a mouthful but it's a beautiful, feminine name. I like it a lot.

Two of my least favourite names combined. And yeah, it's totally a mouthful. Each individual name is a mouthful in and of itself. I feel like she must've come out of the womb wearing a tiara and a tutu :P

I like it and I don't think it's a mouthful even with a three syllable surname. If the first name had one more syllable then I think it would have been too much.

Yikes, that is a mouthful and a half. Lilianna is pretty. And sweet. Really sweet. Too sweet. I would suspect a Lilianna would be a real rebel - maybe gothic tendencies. Probably facial piercings. But I'm probably taking it way over the top. Anyway, congrats on the new little baby in the family.

Yes, it's a mouthful, but it's pretty.

I think its sweet. I think I prefer Lilliana because it puts the emphasis more on the Lillie than the Ana (i.e. Lilly-ahna vs Lilly-Anna). I think it sounds regal.
