HelpSomething instead of Luka?
One of my friends is due with a boy in about two months. He was always going to be called Luka but her sister has just had a boy... and named him Luka.
My friend is really mad about it.
As I would be.
Anyway, now she can't call her own son Luka but she can't think of anything else that she loves as much. I asked if Luken or Luke would be okay but she says they're too close, which is true.
Any suggestions for a different name for someone that loves Luka? Her daughter is named Hero so no names ending in O.

I would name my kid Luka too, just to be a troll. I don't even think it's that big a deal for them to have the same name. I share a name with a couple of my cousins, but it's a family name I guess it doesn't count.
Luka has a sort of vanilla foreign vibe to me-it's definitely not an English name but it's not crazy and it sounds nice and is pronounceable in English. Suggestions:
