Louisa Blythe - Very nice. Louisa is pretty and the combo flows so well.
Olive Catherine (also like Olive Coraline and Olive Dorothea) - Olive is really cute and all, but I don't like the flow of any of those options.
Agnes Jewel - Yikes. Jewel somehow manages to make Agnes worse.
Edith Pearl - a bit over the top, but fine
Phoebe Iris - Awesome
Alice Juniper (also like Alice Poppy) - Alice Juniper is great
Beatrix Ivy or Beatrice Jane (I go back and forth between these two.) - Ivy! Very cute.
Eloise Pearl - Eloise is so nice. Eloise and Phoebe are my favourites rom your list.
Bess Olivia - Flow is great, but I have trouble taking Bess seriously as a full name

Both of your daughter's names made the Namberry article today about under-rated girls names... just a funfact.
To match, I would go with Ruby Margaret. The flow and style are the same and Mabel and Ruby are an adorable sibset.
That said, Agnes Jewel, Olive Dorothea and Beatrix Ivy are swoon-able. All are vintage-cute, meaning that they are cleary thowbacks with a little dust still - but meltingly adorable once bestowed upon a bright-eyed little newborn. The Awwws will abound.
The entire list is pretty strong I have to say though.
If it were me, I would be having a hard time deciding... but would likely settle on Olive Dorothea (or Agnes Jewel, eep!)

Louisa Blythe - Blythe is fun! I prefer Eloise to Louisa, but then you lose the rhythm.
Olive Catherine (also like Olive Coraline and Olive Dorothea) - I had an aunt Olive with a Dorothy s-i-l! Aunt was actually Olivia, which I prefer. I like Coralie and Dorothy better, and Catherine is fine as a mn but otherwise too tired.
Agnes Jewel - no, and no. Agnes Julia, maybe; or Agatha Juliet.
Edith Pearl - Edith isn't bad, but not a fave. Pearl is very close to the absolute bottom, right down there with Violet and Audrey.
Phoebe Iris - Phoebe is perilously close to 'feeble'! Iris makes a good fn - I've always enjoyed Iris Harriet (or Harriet Iris).
