4 people I know have recently had babies.
Jim and Angie welcomed son, Finley James, joins big sister Sarah Elise.
Steven and Teirra welcomed son, Emric Nathaniel.
Brandon and Natalie welcomed daughter, Finley Hope, joins big sisters Addison Grace and Lydia Faith.
Louis and Deana welcomed son, Beau Robert, joins sisters Kadence Marie and Makenna (don't know her middle name).
I wish Emric was Emerich or Emeric and I'm not fond of Finley on a boy, and really dislike it on a girl. Beau is alright, better than Kadence and Makenna. The Grace, Faith, and Hope thing is a little cheesy, but at least it is in the middle name slot.

I think they all suck, to tell the truth. Finley is so lame on either. It's so unfeminine and so unmasculine that it ends up being a nothing. Beau is a redneck name. Emerick, Emrich, however you spell it, is ugly.
And the Grace Hope Faith triumvirate is a cliche already.

Sarah Elise and Finley James sound so much like I would know that that I'm trying to think of whether I know them or not! :)
Emric Nathaniel is great, but would be even better if it was Emeric.
Beau Robert is different. I don't like it but it is better than Kadence, that's for sure.
Finley Hope is fine. I don't actually ind Finley on a girl. The middle name theme is lame though.

I happen to like virtue names, so the Faith Grace, Hope thing doesn't bother me at all. I honestly wish we could go back to giving our kids names because of their meaning instead of their sound.
But, not everyone is a fan of Puritan naming styles like me... so I can understand why it might be an eye-roller for some.
That said... I think I like Finley better on the girl in this case. I am not a huge fan of the name but Finley Hope is kinda sweet. Finley James is strong and trendy so it's NMS, but at least the kid has a name people will recognize.
Lydia Faith is a great combo btw. Love it.
Beau Robert - I love Beau. I would never use it myself, but I love it. And, I agree that Kadence and Makenna are not so great. I would love a Cadence, but I don't usually go for K-names.
Emric is awesome. Love it. I do like Emerich better (or Emeric)... but I also enjoy taking out superfluous letters (I prefer Rodric over Roderick / Roderic).
All in all, two of the names are rather expected and the other two are a bit more refreshing. Nothing in the list is awe-inspiring, but I'll bet those babies are sure cute!
