Shady? I wish I could ask some of these parents what the thinking was behind some of these names. I'm sure there's something that I'm missing. This is not an attempt at snark. I honestly want to believe that there's something great about this name that if I only understood it better I'd be all for it. Perhaps it's a treasured family name? Anyway, loving: Shaina (prefer Shayna), Shalom, Shane (but only on a boy), Shannon, Sian (but only this spelling for a girl), and Shifra.:0)

These are not names people have given their children, simply different people's favorite names.
