I don't watch a lot of Anime, but I read some of the mangas. I probably wouldn't use most of these on a real person, but for a character there is more leeway. I also included what the characters are from although I don't actually like all of the mangas.

Yuri Zahard- also from "Tower of God"
Khun Aguero Agnis from "Tower of God" but for Westerners it too close to coon as in Raccoon.
Cadis Etram di Raizel nn Rai from "Noblesse" (a manhwa)
Seira J. Loyard from "Noblesse"
Hotaru from "Gakuen Alice"- this manga was entertaining at first but took a poor turn later on.

Oz Vessalius "Pandora Hearts"- I quit this manga, but it has interesting names in it.
