Susannah Ruth is beautiful! I really like Suzanne, and Susannah is very nice too. I love Ruth as a middle name. Annie is cute, but how about Zannie as a nickname?
Louisa Caroline is great too.

I like Zannie, but I'm really attached to Annie. It's been my favorite since I was little.
