HelpRe: Names for an Empress

Being that History and Ancient History is my field of study I do understand how and why monarchs throughout history choose the moniker that they are know by today. I was looking more for a fantasy character name, But I do thank you for your suggestions.

Devaraya Indira Shakti -Sanskrit for "King of gods, beauty, power"
Kaveh Ameretat Verethragna -Persian for "royal, immortality, Victory over resistance"
