What do you think of Senarian for a male fantasy character. Sen for short?

For fantasy? Go for it. It's great.

It reminds me immediately of centenarian and senility.
Also Cenarion is the name of some things in World of Warcraft.
If you don't mind those things I think it is decent.
You could change it a little and still get Sen from it. Seneryan, sort of GoT style, lol. Doubling the N or the A - Sennarian, Senaarian - makes it look more like it is pronounced sen-NAHR-ree-un, which I personally think is more appealing.
