middle name for Boaz
His name will be Boaz, Bo for short. The last name has 10 letters so I'd like the middle name to be short but not boring. Any ideas?

Wow, so cool. I've loved Bo for years though I've never found anything I liked enough to have it short for and it doesn't seem substantial enough as a full name. But Boaz is awesome!I didn't read the others so I'm sorry if I repeat anything but maybe:Boaz Jay
Boaz Skye
Boaz Asa
Boaz Caelan
Boaz Conrad
Boaz Jared
Boaz Jasper
Boaz Kai
Boaz Levi
Boaz Liam
Boaz Luke
Boaz Loren
Boaz Mihai
Boaz Quinn
Boaz Seth
Boaz Vaughn

Well I'm American so a lot of these seem quite foreign to me but I'm interested in looking into a few of them. Thank you!

I love Boaz! So great to hear of it being used. I know a boy named Samuel Boaz... how about Boaz Samuel? Or... Boaz Connor, Boaz Evan, Boaz Jack, Boaz Lewis, Boaz Nathan, Boaz Stewart, Boaz Thatcher, Boaz Walter

I think I like Thatcher but it might be too long. Thanks!

I like Fitz, it just seems to fit... pun. I like Vale better than Gale but they're both interesting enough. We thought of Orson (and pretty much everyother O name because that would make some cool initials)Thanks!

I wasn't sure if you were going for religious names or not. Boaz Olin would be decent (Olin is one of my favorite names), and it's not something people usually use. If you like Fitz, you may like Frey, Cale, Dax, Dolph, Gage, Giles, Jove, Merle, Noel, Pim, Reid, Royce, Saul, Thane, Vern, York, Zane, or Zeph.

Is this for a pet?lol

Why should it be for a pet? Boaz is a great name.

A bit silly on a human, don't cha think? ^—^Either way, it's more suitable as a last name more than anything.
Just my opinion. No mean for any harm

I can respect your opinion even though you said it like a disrespectful teenager. When it comes to pets I always pick human names that I think should be pet names, such as:
Clara
Ellie
Gertrude
Lucille
Lizzie
Paige
Willow
Boris
Sawyer
Chase (Obviously, because humans don't usually make chasing things an incredibly large part of their lives)
Theo
George
Ricky
Etc.But if someone asked, not for an opinion on a name but for a middle name idea, and I thought it was more a name for a pet rather than a human, I would probably keep that to myself. But thanks for sharing I guess.

Actually, I think it is a fine name that is still popular in some parts of the world.
It has a respectable history, a unique sound, a simple spelling and pronunciation, and a common nickname. In fact 123 other parents liked the name too... and used it for their sons in 2013, just in the U.S. In countries where the name is more common (i.e. Israel) I am sure the number is quite a bit higher. So, while I agree that it could seem silly or unusual to someone who is not used to hearing it - anyone of Jewish, Muslim or Christian upbringing will recognize it immediately and a modern Jew would even be used to hearing the name at festivals yearly (during Shavuot). If a person was not religious, it might make an unusual choice - but still an acceptable one. My guess is that your reaction will be common to Americans when they hear the name for the first time on a son, though I am sure they would see it's beauty right away too.
