Taniwxelexsuaipi and Miiche Piinor are interesting. The first name looks like it would be derived from either a Native American language (Hopi?) or Hmong. The second one - I don't know. Double I:s are typical for Finnish, but the names don't sound Finnish.

Buck Edward - Buck just makes me think of 'Stag' or 'Stud'. It's just not a good name at all.
Cutter (m) - Did they name his brothers Slasher and Stabber? Or did they just go for Wood?
Billie Jade (f) - I don't know why this strikes me as trashy, but it does. I mean, it's better than a lot of names on this list.
Tristan Shai (m) - I quite like Tristan, but this name feels mismatched.
