I really suppose that depends on your style. Now, I tend to think that names that are quite obviously double nature names, like Lily Rose are kind of eye-roll inducing. However Lilja Cypress is different.

For one, Lilja isn't obviously Lily where I'm from (the U.S.). Secondly Cypress is very interesting.
