I constantly go back and forth between Julia and Juliet as one of my favorite names, so I feel your pain. :-) And no, I don't think Juliet is too "out there" - it's from one of Shakespeare's most enduring plays, and just about every English-speaker on the planet has read it at some point. It's true that it could lead to "Hey, where's your Romeo?" jokes, but there are worse jokes out there for other names.From the combos you've listed, I like:Juliet Elise

Julia Elise - I actually know someone with this name. Elise has often struck me as one of the classiest middle names to choose.Julia is definitely the more versatile of the two, at least in my view, since I think Juliet only looks and sounds right with a middle name that begins with a vowel. My current stock combo is Juliet Adele (or Juliet Adela).For Julia, I also like Julia Clarice / Julia Clarisse.
