here's some nicknames that nurses gave to real premies I've known:
"Little Mighty" - this one's tough, maybe something like Michaela or even your original Mackenzie with the nn litte mighty
"Little birdie"- Bridget or Bernadette. Or maybe even the name of a little bird like Sparrow or Wren or Lark
"Sweet Pea"- Penelope
