Today I met a girl named Mystelle, pronounced Mee-STELL in French and Mist-ELLE in English. Has anyone heard this name before? What are your thoughts? I'd never heard of it before today and I find it kind of interesting. I googled the name but couldn't find much about it.

I think it's pretty, but definitely odd.

Mistelle is a drink (http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fortified_wine). All drink names feel tacky to me, I'm afraid. Spelling it with a Y doesn't help.
