Agreed, that is what I was going to say.
I know Mei Li, but never known a Meili (which I am sure exists).
A name with a similar pronunciation is the French Maelys, Mailys, Maylis etc. Slight accent distortion though.
One of my favorites is Mayli, a variation on the French names that is not used very often (and probably considered a kre8tive spelling).
