HelpMarlotte and Mariotte
I was thinking the other day that Marlotte would be a cute variant of Charlotte, or maybe a combo of Maria and Charlotte. Apparently the name is used among Dutch speakers, but I think it's pronounced mar-lot-teh then (?). I like the Dutch pr., but I think it would be cute pr. MAR-lot, too.
I saw the name Mariotte in a manga book and thought it was rather cute. Apparently it's chiefly a surname.

Marlotte is nms but Mariotte is kind of pretty.

Marlotte - this looks awkward to me, like too made up. I much prefer Charlotte.
Mariotte - All I can think of is the Marriott hotel chain.
