I know a girl with those initials, but one of the names is a Ph- name, so it isn't as obvious when you say her name. There was a little joking in math about it the other day, but it started as the teacher referred to the cans of peaches and pears in the problem as p and p, so the pee pee giggling started, and someone said that it was Ph. P's initials. The teacher ended the silliness and got everyone to focus back on the class.

Comments and jokes might be unavoidable for some sets of initials, but how far depends on the kind of people they're around. I hope most kids are strong enough to take it, but some can be sensitive about that. Also, for girls, if it isn't their maiden name that makes the bad combo, it could be their married name. You can't control that. If the initials P. P. worry you, don't use a name that starts with P.
