Britta - nice, but I prefer it as a nickname for Birgitta
Ingrid - Gorgeous
Kalena - It's alright.
Katarina - Beautiful.
Krishna - This is a fine name for a boy if you're Indian or a Hindu. I know that Krishna is occasionally used for girls in India, but it's mostly male.
Marilena - Pretty.
Michaela - Beautiful, I worry that all the misspellings; Mckayla, Mikayla, Mycayla etc.
Serena - Pretty but it doesn't appeal to me. I think it's too close to the word "serene" which doesn't really appeal to me as a virtue I guess. Aleksey - Lovely, Alexei might be easier in an English speaking country but I also prefer this spelling.
Cassander - Okay, doesn't really appeal to me.
Mirko - nice as a nickname.
Sawyer - Ugly.

Krishna- sounds too religious
Marilena- reminds me of Marilyn
Mirko- like it from association

I like Marilena, Aleksey and Sawyer.Krishna is strictly male and the connection to the Hindu god is very strong. I would say this isn't usable, and definitely not for a girl.

Britta reminds me of the water filter, but I still like it
Ingrid love it. Harsh sounding but in a pretty way

Katarina pretty much my name with a one letter difference. Meh. It's not terrible.
Krishna absolutely not. Isn't that a Hindu diety?
Marilena okay
Michaela I like it, but only spelled this way
Serena too artsy boho for me
Aleksey not really
Cassander I love this name but it's fairly unusable which is sad
