I think Rose works so nicely with so many names, that's why it is such a common mn. Rose, Rosa, Rosalie, Rosemary, Rosalyn, Rosalind, Rosabella, Rosie, all very nice imo. So many options. Rose "Rosie" and Rosa are my faves though.
