Hester Olive is a cute combo even if I'm not a huge fan of Hester. Hester and Olive match well and the combo goes pretty well with Myrtle Nola.I love Elwood and Patrick. One of my favorite neighbors growing up was named Elwood. Patrick is just a name I've always liked. Elwood and Patrick don't quite have the same feel to me so they aren't a perfect combo but they sound good together.Elwood Patrick goes fairly well with Myrtle Nola though Hester Olive matches slightly more. Patrick is the only name that just doesn't have the same feel as the rest of these. Its feel is close but doesn't quite match. But I still like Elwood Patrick because I really like both names.

Do you think Elwood Peter would be a better combo?

I think Elwood Peter matches better but both combos flow well.

Hester overwhelmingly calls to mind The Scarlet Letter, but I'm not sure how many kids these days would even know of that association. I do love the name Olive; it's a refreshing alternative to the overused Olivia,I kind of like Elwood, and it goes well with Patrick.

They're not my style. Personally, they sound like a pair of old frumps in an old age home.

Hester is interesting, I like it paired with Olive. I'm not a huge fan of either, but Hester and Myrtle are a great sibset.
Elwood seems too hippy-dippy for me, but again, it pairs nicely with Myrtle.

Awesome. I think they match nicely. I taught a little Elwood once (went by Woody) and he was awesome :)

Woody can save Elwood.

I actually love Elwood without a nickname, but Woody is so cute, goofy and whimsical. Or I also called him Woods alot which I like even more than Woody :)

Patrick or PeterI'd like to use Patrick as a fn, but I'm worried it would be too plain compared to Myrtle. Same goes for Peter.

I dislike Patrick because I don't like any of its nicknames but I do really like Peter. And I think Myrtle and Peter go nicely together... it seems like a sturdier set than Myrtle and Elwood, which comes off a little more flighty and self-conscious. Also I think Peter Elwood would be an awesomely unexpected combo

I really like Peter Elwood. It just seems almost a shame to use an interesting name like Elwood (at least I think it's intereresting) as a middle name. You don't use the middle name that often.

Meh. You could always call him Elwood on occasion. My SOs sister gets called "Lil" quite a bit by here family, and her name is Nora Lillian.

I'd really like Myrtle and Peter as a set.

Patrick and Peter are too boring compared to Myrtle. I don't mind Patrick as a mn, but not Peter

Really? I don't think Patrick would be too plain next to Myrtle. I actually think Myrtle makes Patrick look more hip in a backward sort of way. I find Peter to be more plain. But I actually think he's not bad with Myrtle either.I definitely choose either of them over Elwood.

I think Myrtle and Peter would make a great sibset. Patrick is a bit plain as a first name next to Myrtle but Peter is really nice.

I love them! Nice choices :)

A few years ago I would have used Hester in a heartbeat. It's not really my style anymore but I would absolutely love to meet one. Hester Olive is sweet.I wouldn't want to be named Elwood if I were a man. It's stereotypically dorky, and not in a good way. Patrick is nice.

I like Hester Olive, and it works well with Myrtle Nola. Hester is old fashioned but in a timelessly pleasant way. I am less fond of Olive but it works well in the middles spot here. Patrick is strong, masculine and historical, and I really like it, but Elwood seems just a tad dorky (sorry).

I think Hester Olive is beautiful, there is something quirky and feminine about it. I think it pairs perfectly with Myrtle Nola.Elwood, I worry about, because it is a name I wouldn't really like to have if I was a male. Patrick however, is pretty wonderful. It just doesn't quite fit like your others. Edward, maybe, since it has the oldish feel that Myrtle and Hester have. Sorry!

Elwood P ...Blues?
Patrick is very nice, it deserves to be in the first name spot.
To be honest, Elwood and Hester seem very self-consciously frumpy.

Personally, they're not my style of name - I find them a bit old fashioned. However, I like that they are unusual without being too "out there". People will recognise and be able to spell them, which is always a positive.I prefer Esther to Hester.

Hester Olive is such a great match for Myrtle Nola! Nicely done. I really like Olive - especially in the middle.I have pretty big reservations in the Elwood department. But Patrick is sweet.

I think Hester is funny, in a good way. I've been thinking about it lately. It's not something I would choose, but I'm glad to see someone else using it. As for Olive... I prefer Olivia. Nothing wrong with the name at all, but again - nothing I would choose. It's a good combo and sounds good with Myrtle Nola.I don't have anything good to say about Elwood, so I won't say anything about it. I like Patrick though and wish the combo was Patrick Elwood instead :)
