Cerys to Kerensa (not quite on point, but close)
Dorothy to Dorothea
Honor to Honora / Honoria

Maeve to Maeva
Jean to Gina
Annabel to Annabella
Blanche to Blanca / Bianca
Evelyn to Evelina

That's not to say that I dislike any of these "-a" enders. Far from it. Fun challenge. :0)
