I do like Lucy a lot but can't stand Lucille for some reason (maybe because it seems dated while Lucy is classic or maybe it's the 'seal' part of Lucille that I dislike). Other alternatives such as Lucia or Luciana are lovely yet a bit fussy for my tastes. I think I'd just use Lucy.
