Yes, me! I fully expected to use it for our first daughter, who foiled me by not looking Lucy-like.
I dislike Lucille, which seems flabby and lacking in pizazz. And I once had a cat whom I wanted to name Cindy, but the breeder said she had to have an L- name so she was Lucinda on paper and Cindy in real life. If I had to use an extended form of Lucy, it would be Lucinda rather than whiney Lucille, but Lucy alone is fine by me.
