Well my fn and mn is Sarah Kate, so I'd be open to using Sadie, Zadie, Kate or Kaia. I particularly love Sadie and Zadie and because they sound different to Sarah, I think I could get away with it! That said, I would still prefer to use different names for a DD and then if any of my kids wanted to name one of their children after me they have more options! ;)
