I don't really like it as a full name. It's quite juvenile.

Maybe it could be a nickname for one of these:

Babette
Bethany
Betony
Bettina
Jobeth
Lilibeth
Elsbeth
Lisbeth

Do you like any of those?

On the same line...

I always have Betsy down as a nickname for Beatrice/Beatrix. I noticed you have them on your list and thought it might be nice to suggest. :)
