Of people I've met? I can't even think right now... maybe Zuleika? I've met quite a few people with unusual names but not anything that was, like, waaay out there.
If we're just talking real life in general though, there's always this:

Dancell-Dallphebo-Marke-Antony-Dallery-Gallery-Cesar, and my absolute personal favorite, and just about the best I've ever, ever, EVER seen: Judas-not-Iscariot. I just about about fell into an asthma attack I laughed so hard at that one!
