I like them all except Megan. Megan stands out like a sore thumb. I personally don't really care about sibsets going together, but since you asked about this as a sibset, I mention it. I like all of the other first names, but the E at the end of Eleanore rather bothers me. And if you want flowers/plants as middle names, sure why not? Themes are okay sometimes.
