Are these names too similar to be brothers?

Do you think the names Daxton and Dustin are too close to be brothers?
If I only end up using one it will definitely be Daxton. Another boy name I love is Leo but I feel that is too short to go with Daxton. I have considered it as a middle name; Daxton Leo.
What other names sound nice as a sib set with Daxton?

Definitely too close in sound and feel to use as brothers. What jumped right out at me, when I read your post, is Dustin Leo. I think that's a very handsome combination. Daxton Leo flows fine but, personally, I think Leo Daxton sounds stronger, more distinctive.

Daxton & Dustin are indeed too close to be a sibset in my opinon. The beginning and ending sounds are the same. Just imagine yelling at them to pick up their stuff when they are lazy pre-teens. ;)

Daxton Leo is a nice combo. It flows well.

Yes, they are too close.
If you have to ask others if the names are too close, they usually are :) I love Leo, and I think it goes okay with Daxton.

They're very matchy-matchy, and Daxton is silly anyway. Dustin is great.

They would be too similar for me to want to use both. I think Daxton Leo has a nice flow though.
