Prefer a different spelling?
Have you ever liked a name spelled a certain way, but now you prefer a different spelling? What name is it?

I would say Susanna/h is the biggest one. I used to like Susannah but dislike Susanna. Now I like Susanna but dislike Susannah.I also used to prefer Cecelia, Lizzie, and Oscar, but now I prefer Cecilia, Lizzy, and Oskar.

Elanor to Eleanor/Elinor.It's the Tolkien nerd in me.

There are a lot of K/Cs, for some reason I like Ks in the middle of names (they seem more authentic, even though I know that's not always true) and Cs at the beginning.
I prefer:
Luka over Luca
Lukas over Lucas
Nikolai over Nicolai
Niko over NicoCalliope over Kalliope
Linnaea over Linnea
Helaina over Helena
Anne over Ann (this ones a bit more tricky, since my mum's middle is Ann, so for honouring purposes I'd use Ann, though I'm not actually going to)
Fae over Faye (looks way more magical and it's closer to faerie)
Medeia over Medea

I always liked Summer, but somewhere along the line, I began to prefer the spelling Somer. Which is weird, because Somer looks like a surname rather than a season, and I normally dislike surnames on girls.

I'm indifferent toward Sage, but I've fallen for Saige. I don't usually go for spelling changes, especially of common word names, so I feel weirdly embarrassed.

Shaime on you! lolIt matches Paige - I think that might be why it looks more "right" as a name to you.

I prefer the spelling Carl to Karl. I also prefer the spelling Erik to Eric and Billie to Billy.
