I think it looks quite pretty.
My only concern is it's constantly going to be mistaken for Everly (and mispronounced) because everyone knows that one and it's definitely getting popular. So as long as you're prepared to constantly correct people and explain, then I say go for it. She can always drop the Ever and go by Lily if it bugs her.
