yes. Yiddish is a language spoken by Jews that contains German dialectal elements and Hebrew words. But, it's mostly a combination of words... not really a mashing of the two languages. I suppose if you like the sounds, it could work for you with Nachtovah... but something that softens it up (like Natovah or Nachtov) would be better on the ear. I love the prefix Eu - but I prefer it in softer names like Eudora and Eustace. Eunuch is a reasonable association to Eunyx though. Didn't catch that. Though, Eunuchs were pretty highly regarded people, especially in Hebraic culture, as they usually held high positions. Chaia is totally usable, but it means "life" so it might defeat your purposes. Simcha means "joy" in hebrew if you are open to more uplifting names.
