Your list to add is great. Ermentrud is just so out there that it rockets back to awesome. Geraldine is a family joke (has to do with School House Rock "geraldine played hard to get..." part of the Interjections song).
Jacobina is interesting, I totally forgot about that. I have also never seen Magda.
