I adore Ephraim!! I pronounce it like Eh-frum, which could be totally wrong but I'm basing it off how I heard it in Everwood, although his character spelled it Ephram. To be brutally honest, I think the rest of the names are god awful.

Ephraim is a name I love, I think it's gorgeous. I pronounce it EE-frem. The other names aren't for me.

I think they're all horrible, but I like the Spanish form of Ephraim "Efrain"

I like Ephraim. The others I'm not too familiar with, but I've looked them up.I like the way Jowan is apparently pronounced, JOH-an. I love names from the United Kingdom & Ireland, sometimes they are a bit difficult for the average American (which I am, not sure of your nationality) to pronounce.Swithin seems less strong as a name to me, but I LOVE when men are named Whitney simply because they can be called "Whit", which to me is so handsome on a man. I'm not sure if it really works with Swithin, but I'd love to see other names where this was available. Janvier will always be January to me, and it will always be prounounced Jzahn-vee-ay.Reynold/Reynald has some cool history. It's familiar enough. Not my favorite, but definitely could work for the right person.

I like "Jahn-vee-ay" too. That French accent is hard to convey through text :) Id try for a more authentic pronunciation but am prepared to settle on a more "Americanized" one

Ephraim is an amazing name and should be used much more often than it is.Branum - All I see is a misspelling of Barnum. I like the Bran- sound though.Jowan - I like uncommon JO- names for boys but I've never heard of this one before. It's got a nice sound but it looks sort of made up. I know it's not but it's similarity to Rowan lends itself to that appearance.Swithin - It's 'within' with an S. It looks like a typo.Zorion - I'd prefer just Orion. The Z makes it a bit odd for me. Like it's trying too hard to be cool.Janvier - I love this and would use it.Reynald / Reynold - It sounds so elderly to me. I can't imagine this one on a child. Unless their nickname is Rey, then it's cute and I could get behind that.

I adore Ephraim, though I prefer the Russian form Yefrem or even Efrem, or the spelling Efraim. I also like Evron. But it's a great name in any case.

I don't like any of the other names.
Jowan is a very weird spelling of Johan.

See I'd pronounce Johan "YO-hawn"

So would I. I looked Jowan up on BtN just now and I saw it's a Cornish form of John. Where I live it's sometimes used as a different spelling of Johan, that's why I got confused.
