Eden, Petra, and Hazel are my favorites from your list. All three are lovely.
Greenlee/Greenleigh- It sounds solidly like a last name. Some last names transition fairly smoothly into first names, but this sounds rather absurd.
Meadow- Okay but a tad hippie-ish.
Eden- Beautiful and has a wonderful meaning.
Saskia- Not found of it for a person perhaps because a neighbor dog had a similar name.
Petra- Really like it! It is simultaneously strong and feminine.
Jada- okay but too much of a passing fad
Hazel- Sweet and classically old fashioned
Heidi- Nice, but it is very much associated with the literary "Heidi."
Magnolia- ugly

Magnolia- ugly
Greenlee/Greenleigh- Terrible. Sounds made up, another "what can we combine with -lee" name.
Meadow- I'm a sucker for nature names, and I find the imagery of this one beautiful. It's a bit GP for me, but I'd be tempted to use it.
Eden- I would probably like it more if the sound of it was more pleasant to me. It's alright.
Saskia- I've always found it to be an odd name for some reason. My brother had a friend named Saskia growing up, and even then it struck me as strange.
Petra- I immediately want to add -fied to the end of it.
Jada- I think it's pretty and sleek. It's pretty tied to Jada Pinkett-Smith, but it also reminds me of a panther.
Hazel- Old-fashioned naturey cuteness.
Heidi- I think of the children's book character and Klum, and personally can't get beyond those associations.
Magnolia- This is beautiful and a great way to get Maggie without using Margaret (which I find stuffy.)

Greenlee - prefer first spelling of the two; immediately made me think of a meadow, which I like, but I can't say I like the name itself; would much rather see Meadow
Meadow - and here it is; sunny, warm and friendly; enjoy the sound as well
Eden - enjoy the sound and garden imagery; compared to Meadow, Eden feels more sleek and sophisticated to me
Saskia - never have cared for the sound or look
Petra - neutral on this; not a bad name but nothing draws me to it
Jada - don't care for this
Hazel - lovely; warm, friendly, both spunky and sophisticated
Heidi - sunshine and spunk; like it
Magnolia - don't care for it personally but don't think it a bad name

I like/love:
Eden - one of my all time fave names for a girl. If DH and I did ever have a DD it's pretty safe to say that Eden would either be her fn or mn. We both love it, so would have to use it. I also think the name works well for a boy, but here in Australia, Eden is pretty much a girl name only.
Jada
Hazel
Heidi
Magnolia - either as a mn or with the nn Maggie

Greenlee/Greenleigh - sounds like a cute little storybook character with blond pigtails and green eyes. :) I'd find it a bit odd on a real kid, but it's okay
Meadow - I get such a soft, gentle, relaxed summer afternoon vibe. I don't really like it, but I can tolerate it.
Eden - I like it. Edie is a cute nickname for it.
Saskia - I just always think of 'sasquatch', so I dislike it
Petra - gutsy and spunky and a rock'n'roller, I think. I don't mind it.
Jada - Ugh, I don't like it at all.
Hazel - Love it. So sweet
Heidi - totally underused and full of life
Magnolia - silly

Hah, when my daughter was a baby there was a mom in my mom's group with a baby daughter named Greenleigh. I just think it really misses the mark - kind of a fantasy storybook name that nobody would really want to bear through life, not very pretty and not even really very fantastic. At least spell it Greenlea, is my thought - to make the image of a field more immediate, and the surnaminess/trendiness fade away.
I used to hate Meadow because it made me think of cattle and cow-pies. But then I overheard someone calling a girl Meadow, and I thought - hey, it's not so bad. It's just a little eccentric or hippie because it's so word-y, and not in a bad way - it's only a little weirder than River. I'm fine with it, although it's nms. It's much nicer than Greenleigh.
Eden - I've always liked this because I knew an Eden once who was a striking, intense person. I think it's spiffy and smart as well as garden-y.
Saskia - this always sounds stuckup and mean to me. I feel like it'll be the Tiffany or Kierstin of the 2030's.
Petra - it's a pretty name on paper and nothing's really wrong with it. But the pet- part puts me off, and the sound that echoes "petrified." I feel like it is both too cute and too cold.
Jada - it's alright. Kind of mediocre, and doesn't personally appeal to me.
Hazel - this name feels ugly and dark to me. Also self-consciously antique. I don't like it.
Heidi - a nice bright and also dated name
Magnolia - too florid for me personally, but not a bad name.

Greenlee/Greenleigh - Greenlee is awful. Greenleigh is even worse.
Meadow - I like Meadow with an E at the end but only as a middle name.
Eden - Little too garden of Eden for me, but I like it as a middle. It reminds me of a Hozier song that I like.
Saskia - Cool, I like 'kia' endings. This is nice, unique without feeling made up like Greenleigh.
Petra - Seems like it trying to be hard to be a Russian first name when it sounds like the beginning of a last name. It wants to be Svetlana but can't.
Jada - Eh. Prefer Jade.
Hazel - Love Hazel! I think it compliments best as a middle name but I do like it a lot.
Heidi - I used to really love Heidi when I was younger. It's okay.
Magnolia - Another I would like as a middle name. I kinda like Magnolia nn Nola though.

Greenlee/Greenleigh - NMS. I just don't see the appeal. Green being a color and tacking on a -leigh just doesnt amp up the meaning, sound or imagery for me. Plus, it reminds me of Greely, which is a popular surname locally. I suppose it could work today, but I am just not a fan.
Meadow - really like this. I have been debating whether I have the guts to actually use it on a child. My brain has Nadine and Meadow as top choices for a girl right now... depending on the direction we decide to go. The sound is pleasant, the imagery is pretty and it is both recognizable and easy to spell. I just think it works.
Eden - It works. I like it too. I have been seeing this name crop up more and more in Christian circles, to offset the Sarah, Rachel and Marys out there. This and Genesis seem to be the new thing. To me though, Eden also provides a trendy yet pretty alternative to honor an Ed(ward).
Saskia - This has a lovely sound, and I have so oft seen it in books for characters that I already like it. The fun part is that it starts with Sass ;). I know that is not quite thr pronunciation, but I like it. This doesn't fit my personal style at all, so I would never use it myself... but the name is quite lovely.
Petra - very strong, standard, traditional to me. I know so many, both German and Italian. It's a sophisticated choice and quite cute on a toddler.
Jada - Prefer Jade. I feel this version just takes all the strength out of such a pretty gem name. Though, I will admit it has a pleasing sound.
Hazel - So pretty! Love it. I think it has the perfect amount of spunky personality and old-school charm. This is just a great name. Plus, it has the distinction of being one of those eathy-type names that is also considered somewhat traditional (like Rose). I would sooo use this name myself, but Dh has a cousin named Hazel.

I like Petra.
Greenlee/Greenleigh - I can't stand it. It sounds and looks so constructed out of nowhere ("let's pick a word and add -lee/-leigh to it aaaand we have such a cool name!"). no.
Meadow - I like it.
Eden - nah, I don't care about.
Saskia - I don't like it. I really hate the sound of it. But maybe it's just because I went to school with a girl named Saskia and she was absolutely not adorable....
Petra - I like it. It's quite old-fashioned where I live, but on the other hand it's not overused these days.
Jada - not my style, I prefer Jade.
Hazel - I love it. I like the sound and the meaning.
Heidi - the only thing in my mind, when I hear this name, is the annoying voice of Heidi Klum xD she ruined this name for me... but later, when I remember Johanna Spyri's 'Heidi', I think it's cute.
Magnolia - some of my guilty pleasure names... It seems so classy and sweet. I like it a lot, but would never use it for a child.

Greenlee/Greenleigh: Trendy, don't like. When I say it three times fast I hear greedy.
Meadow: Hippy dippy, head in the clouds sort of bimbo-ish name.
Eden: Lovely, conjures up images of the Garden.
Saskia: I like this, but find it still too ethnic for me to use despite having those ethnicities in my background.
Petra: See above.
Jada: I just think of Pinkett-Smith, and its not a good association for me.
Hazel: Cute.
Heidi: Eh, okay. I personally wouldn't use it but I think seeing it on a baby would be sweet.
Magnolia: Great, especially with the nickname Nola.
