I like it! :) It reminds me of raisins (especially of the German and Danish words for raisin, Rosine and rosin) but that's not necessarily a bad thing.

Hah, dare I mention my love for Rosa, cow name #1 ...? :D (Literally, it's number one on the official Swedish cow name top list. Because of course such a list exists.)

Yeah, I know Rosa is extremely popular for cows. That's why I associate Rosina with cos as well. And I usually dislike names ending in -ina, so Rosina isn't exactly my cup of tea.

It's not a name that I would use in real life but it is a good name that would work well on a girl.

I like it. I think it is familiar enough to be accepted mainstream, but unique enough to be both refreshing and pretty. It is simple and straightfoward in it's spelling and it sounds as it is spelled - which is always a plus. It's dainty to me, and has a quaint village-y feel. I would use it myself.
