Holden
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this name. We also like Toby, Tristan, Arthur, Rowan, Robin, Sampson, Lachlan, Seth and Nathan as possible first names. Many thanks.http://www.behindthename.com/pnl/149886

I think Holden is fine. It strikes me as very serious or moody, and doesn't personally appeal to me, but it's a good name.Toby seems juvenile to me
Tristan is a spiffy name
Arthur is too hard to say in my accent, so I dislike it, but maybe it's different where you are
Rowan is a favorite of mine!
Robin is also a favorite!
Sampson is surnamey ... Samson would be alright
Lachlan - I find the ch trips me up
Seth - I don't like the sounds in it, too whispery. It'd be better if it were pronounced ZeTH (TH as in this). Or even SET. But it's not...
Nathan is a good name.

I really like the name Holden, but here is Australia it's the name of a car company, so I wouldn't use it. Toby, Rowan, Robin, Samson (I prefer Samson to Sampson) and Seth are all nice. Holden Seth, Toby Rowan, Robin Seth, Samson Toby and Seth Holden are all nice combos.

Holden is okay.Toby is nice. I prefer it as a nickname for Tobias but it's not awful on it's own.Tristan is bland. I'm so tired of seeing it.Arthur is nice. Not my style personally but I wouldn't mind meeting one.Rowan is handsome. I like it.Robin is awesome. I love it.Sampson seems odd because of the P. I prefer Samson.Lachlan is handsome. A bit popular though.Seth is okay. I'm not really a fan.Nathan is a bit bland but still nice.

I don't consider it a "bad name", but Holden does not particularly appeal to me. sorry. I do like many of the other names you are considering, especially Seth, Nathan, Robin, Arthur and Lachlan.
