Alban and Arlette are brilliant. They're even overshadowing my beloved Ambrose. Also, Boaz. Just... how can you not love this one?Bunty makes me giggle. I'm not sure why. Is it supposed to be a boy's or girl's name?

Aww, I like the meaning. The more I consider it, the more I actually like it. Although, I wish there was something it could be a nickname for; I'm not sure if I could see myself using just "Bunty", though I'd be heavily tempted to use it as a nickname.

It's a bit of a stretch but Bernadette "Bunty"?

Hm, that could work! I always have liked Bernadette, anyway; the idea of Bunty being a nickname for it is very appealing to me... Many thanks!

Affery and Bunty are girls' names. :)

Hah! I should have known. I knew I would mess up on a couple, but those are not the ones I questioned!I have a very good friend with the surname VandeBunte and I call her Bunty sometimes. I wouldn't even bestow it on a child though. And Affery is disappointing when the world is full of extraordinary names!

My book says it's a variant of Aphra, but I guess it's also a variant of Avery.

Avery I guessed. Aphra is a cool connection though. I still don't like it much. But, I do like Arden and Afton - so maybe I am being judgy.
