If I understand the pronunciation you want, I think the Laelia spelling best conveys it. Lelia might rhyme with Celia. Sound-wise, my brain related it to Eulalia, so tongue and speech came to mind.

I pronounce it the same way you do. I don't really like it - but I like Layla / Leyla. Lelia looks a bit weird to me and I can't make up my mind about the Laelia spelling.

Lelia makes me cross my eyes less. I have trouble with the "ae" spellings on things unless the name is uber-simple, like Mae or Fae, or even Rae. It's quite pretty once said aloud though. It actually sounds a lot like Lilliah to me (I am not sure if that is a legit variation on Lily, but I know one).
