Piper always has that trendy feel. I know it boomed in the 90s with the TV character of Piper Halliwell, and has been used since. I actually know a two year old with the name too. While I like those quirky p-names (like Posie, Poppy, Pepper, Pixie, Pipra, etc)... I never really take them seriously myself. So - I would say that this name is usable and cute, but a little too cutesy for my tastes. ______________________________________________
