I really like Elsa and Elsie.Elisa doesn't sound so classy to me. I think because it's so similar to Alyssa, which I consider a bit modern and boring. Elsa Miriam

Thanks for your opinion! Elsie is very cute, but it seems a bit nickname-y to me. Weirdly, Elsi (aka the Finnish form of Elsie) is OK to me to be used as a FN...There are some many lovely combos in your suggestions: I love Elsa Miriam, Elsa Juliet and Elsa Josephine.
