Hah, I think that's why I like it - there's so few names that work with over the top flowery middles for me, Rose is like the only one. But if I was naming my daughter for real it's not what I'd use. I really like Rose Patricia, it's probably something I'd actually use since Patricia is a family name for me. Rose Carlotta is beautiful too.
