Florence.
Serena sounds incredibly trendy paired with Alexander and Isabella.

Definitely Florence. Serena wouldn't totally stand out, but Florence is much better.
Florence, definitely fits in better with Alexander and Isabella.
Ooh definitely Florence. Serena looks very mismatched, it's just too modern.
Alexander, Isabella and Florence. Love the set. :)
I like Serena =)
Alexander, Isabella and Florence.
They both work so I think it just depends on what you're going for. The way I see it Alexander, Isabella, and Florence is pure classic. You couldn't go wrong with them. Alexander, Isabella, and Serena sounds a bit more modern but they're still classic choices.
Florence, Florence, 100 times Florence!
But Alexander and Isabella are pretty versatile, so Serena wouldn't stand out that much either.

I'm not sure what you're asking. Are you asking if they'd fit in with the two lists below? I wasn't sure since Alexander is in one of those lists. Anyway, I do like Alexander, Isabella and Serena equally well. I like Florence to a degree, however, I see that in a sibset where the names are less common/trendy (Hugo, Cyrus, Blythe, etc.).
ETA that I didn't detect the "or" in your question. I still feel that Alexander, Isabella and Serena go best together. Florence is less common and would stand apart more but if you're okay with that, then go for it.
