I just clicked on the name to read the info about it, and I was surprised to see that Aphrodite is associated with myrtle trees and doves. Random, but I thought it was kind of cool.
Anyway, Aphrodite...well, it's a heck of a name for an average person, but I don't think it's completely off-limits. You could call her Aphi or Dita, or even Ro, if you're feeling playful. Middle names? Let's see...
Aphrodite Rose
Aphrodite Bellatrix
Aphrodite Gertrude
Aphrodite Claudia
Aphrodite Vaughn
Aphrodite Iris
That's all I got. :P

It's just too fanciful to picture it on a real person. However, there is a true-crime author, fairly well-known, named Aphrodite Jones. The plain last name paired with the bizarre first name is at least memorable.
