Thoughts on Martina / Martine?
Both are honor names. Which is your favorite, and what do you think about the name(s) in general? Can you describe how you'd imagine someone named Martine (mar-TEE-ne) / Martina to be or look like?

Martine, I like... probably because it is French (Mar-teen) and it feels fresher to me than Martina, of which several women in my parents' generation have been named. They're spunky names to me, though a little dated.

I like Martina the best.
I think both names are very elegant and classic.
A person named Martina/ Martine is a confident person who dresses well, is kind, intelligent, and exudes classiness. I also see her with long hair.

They're not fashionable but don't sound too dated to use, they're feminine but not frilly and like most traditional names they sound quite calm and balanced. I like both of them.

I once met a rather snotty Martina, so my vote goes to Martine. In theory I should like it, because it sounds pretty and looks composed and professional, but for some reason I'm just not very keen on it.I picture a Martine to be a brunette with a dry and witty sense of humour, but also a no-nonsense person who gets things done.

My mother's name is Martine so I am a bit bias but I really like the name its a very sleek name that has a strong image. I picture a Martine with dark brown or black hair with dark eyes. I like Martina as well but I think Martine just looks nicer and isn't as frilly

I love Martina! One of my very dear friends is Martina so of course, I associate the name with her. She's a smart, beautiful, kind hearted, outgoing woman so that's how I view the name.
